On the first day you'll experience an exciting and picturesque journey as we depart due east for a 91 km stage. This introductory ride will allow you to acquaint yourself with both the steppe and your motorcycle. We begin our adventure by leaving the hustle and bustle behind, immersing ourselves in the breathtaking landscapes that Mongolia is known for. Whether you're a seasoned rider or new to motorcycle road trips, this initial stage is designed to be manageable yet exhilarating, setting the tone for an unforgettable journey through the heart of the Mongolian steppe.

Our journey takes us to Lake Ogiy, also known as Ogiy Nuur, a stunning freshwater lake located in eastern Arkhangai, central Mongolia. The lake is renowned for its rich fish populations and vibrant birdlife. Nearly half of the lake boasts a depth of less than 3 meters, making it a fascinating ecosystem to explore.

Progressing towards the west on your journey, we will find ourselves navigating on tracks, leaving the asphalt behind. This experience takes us into the heart of Mongolia, where we can witness a landscape that has remained unchanged for centuries. We will ride past traditional yurts, small localities, and expansive herds of lifestock guarded by nomadic horsemen. Each kilometer is a step back in time, offering a deep dive into the rich Mongolian culture and its timeless way of life.

Today, we will head to the magnificent White Lake and the extinct Khorgo Volcano. This adventure takes us to the westernmost point of our trip and the culturally significant regions in Mongolia.. As you journey towards the White Lake, we'll notice a distinct change in atmosphere as you approach the dramatic terrain of the Khorgo volcano and its surrounding lava fields. Upon arrival, we will stay in a camp by the shores of the White Lake, a site revered by locals for its stunning beauty and serene environment.

A somewhat long day, but on a mostly asphalted road, leads us to a tourist camp where amenities are thoughtfully provided to help you unwind and rejuvenate. The camps are equipped with hot water baths, perfect for washing away the fatigue of the ride and reigniting your sore muscles. As the day draws to a close, we can relax with a cold beer in hand while enjoying the picturesque Mongolian sunset.

Another great day is awaiting us with an exciting stage of just over 150 kilometers heading south to reach the breathtaking Orkhon waterfall. You can expect to ride through a mix of terrains, from rolling steppes to rugged mountains, with plenty of stops for photos and exploration. The journey to the Orkhon waterfall is particularly special as it combines thrilling riding experiences with the chance to witness one of Mongolia's most beautiful natural wonders.

One of the highlights of this trip is the drive to Karakorum, the ancient capital of the Mongolian Unified Empire dating back to the XIII century. This historic route offers breathtaking scenic views that captivate both novice and seasoned riders alike. Upon arrival, we will visit the Erdene Zuu Monastery, a monumental site built in 1586 without using a single nail. The monastery stands as a testament to traditional Mongolian architectural ingenuity and spiritual heritage.

After enjoying breakfast, we take the road towards the "little Gobi," an impressive series of sand dunes stretching 50 miles long, located just south of the stunning Khogno Khan National Park. This site provides a unique riding experience through sandy terrains and picturesque landscapes. For those who crave more off-road excitement, there's ample opportunity to explore further and have fun with your Shineray motorcycle on the tracks heading north.

Today’s itinerary includes an easy day covering 130 kilometers of almost all tarmac. this relatively easier day sets up our participants for the following day's adventure, which involves a more challenging 200-kilometer stage of track that will take us towards the capital.

The last stage of our motorcycle road trip takes us back to Ulaanbaatar, covering a distance of 190 km along picturesque tracks that run along the Tuul River. This leg of the journey offers a mix of scenic landscapes, from lush riverbanks to rolling steppes, providing a perfect blend of adventure and tranquility before facing the "delights of civilization" that Ulaanbaatar has to offer
